2 tablespoons sherry
2 tablespoons gluten free soy sauce (I used SAN-J organic)
1 pound boneless lean sirloin steak, cut diagonally across grain into thin slices
1/2 cup organic beef broth
1 tablespoon tapioca flour
1 teaspoon grain free chili hot sauce (I used HOKAN chili hot sauce with garlic)
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon ginger
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 heads of broccoli chopped into florets
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup sliced green onions
Combine 1 tbs sherry, 1 tbs GF soy sauce, and cut up beef in a bowl and set aside.
Stir together 1 tbs sherry, 1 tbs soy sauce,broth, tapioca flour and chili sauce and set aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a large skillet over med-high heat. Add beef mixture;saute 3 plus minutes until browned. Remove beef from pan.
Add remaining tablespoon on oil to pan. Stir in broccoli, ginger and garlic. Add 1/4 c water. Cook 1 minute. Add onions; cook one minute stirring constantly. Add broth mixture and beef mixture.Cook 3 minutes until beef is heated. Serve with additional chili sauce for an extra kick!
