Have you ever looked at the number of calories you eat? If you look at the grams of food you take in just remember that PROTEIN and CARBOHYDRATE ARE 4 CALORIES PER GRAM. FAT IS 9 CALORIES PER GRAM.
Many poeple do not consume enough good fat calories. Especially if you are eating a low carbohydrate diet. Good fats....what are they? Avocado, nuts, olive oil, coconut oil.
According to Robb Wolf (www.robbwolf.com) about 15 calories per pound of body weight is good to eat for a leaning out program, maybe even less like 13. Oddly enough, half or more than half of these calories need to be from good fats. The rest from lean meats and non starchy carbohydrates.
