What should you buy organic???? It is important to buy MEAT, DAIRY (if you consume that) and COFFEE from organic farms and growers. In addition, here is a list called "The Dirty Dozen" which is a list of vegetables that have an extremely high numbers of pesticides and chemicals (some have had as many as 15 found on one item) on them. Not buying these foods organic results in you and your family ingesting many harmful chemicals. If these foods are not available organically grown or if they are too expensive, you should just avoid them at that time.

This next list of foods is a list of foods that would be OK to buy not organically grown. They have far less problems with bugs attacking them therefore needing less pesticides.
