All new potential clients will have an initial consultation in which we can sit down and determine your goals and how we can best fit your program into your life and financial capabilities.
Training Options:
One On One - come in and work with me one on one multiple times per week. We will begin with an office consultation to determine your goals. From there we will do a caliper test, a functional movement analysis, strength test and conditionaing test. A personal program will be written for you each week and personal training times will be set in place to teach you, guide you and motivate you through each session.

Small Group Setting - working out in a small group is a more cost effective way to invest in personal training. The same caliper testing, functional movement analysis, strength and conditionaing test will be given and your own peronal program will be written each week. Your work out time will be with a few other poeple all working towards their individual goals with their own indiviulaized programs. Sharing 1 coach is what makes this more cost effective but the important part of having your own program will still take place. Personal Program Only - Do you have a gym you love? A membership you can not cancel at this time? Live out of the area? Let me design your work outs and help hold you accountable for your progress. Your weekly program will be delivered to your inbox each week and your resluts need to be posted back to me on a daily basis. We will meet face to face once a month via SKYPE and talk about your progress and future goals. I will request vidoe of some of your work outs so I can check your form and evaluate how you move and breathe. Satlellite coaching is a great program for many people and produces great relults.
